Thermal + acoustic

Leak & slab leak detection

We pinpoint the leak before we open anything, so you lose a square of drywall instead of a whole wall.

Up to 4,000 psi jetting

Drains & hydro-jetting

Snaking for simple clogs. High-pressure jetting to scour grease and roots out of the whole line.

40–80 gal · tankless

Water heaters

Repair, flush, and replacement for gas and electric tanks. Tankless installs with gas line sizing done right.

HD camera · locator

Sewer camera inspection

We run a camera down your main and show you the footage. Roots, bellies, and cracks get located to the foot.

PEX-A · copper

Whole-home repipes

Old galvanized or failing pipes replaced in as little as two days, with drywall patched before we leave.

Faucets · toilets · disposals

Fixtures & installs

You buy it or we supply it. Installed, leak-tested, and the old one hauled away.

Diagnose it

Where's the problem?

Tap the part of the house that's acting up, pick what you're noticing, and see what's most likely going on and how soon it needs attention.

Water heaters

Know what's inside the tank.

Scroll to take apart a standard 50-gallon gas heater. Most "no hot water" calls come down to one of these seven parts.

  1. A
Top, hot & cold linesCorroded fittings here show up as green or white crust and slow drips.
  2. B
Anode rodA sacrificial rod that corrodes so the tank doesn't. Rusty hot water usually means it's spent.
  3. C
Dip tubeCarries incoming cold water to the bottom. When it cracks, hot water runs out fast.
  4. D
T&P relief valveOpens at 150 psi or 210°F to keep the tank from failing. Water on this line needs a tech the same day.
  5. E
Jacket & foamInsulation between the shell and the tank. Rust stains at the base mean the tank itself is leaking.
  6. F
Gas control valveThermostat and safety shutoff. A pilot that won't stay lit usually traces back here or to the thermocouple.
  7. G
BurnerSediment over the burner makes the popping and rumbling sound. A yearly flush prevents it.

Found a leak under the slab with a thermal camera in about twenty minutes. They opened one small spot in the floor instead of tearing up the kitchen.

No hot water on a Sunday night. Tech was here within the hour, showed me the bad thermocouple, and had it fixed before the kids' bath time.

They ran a camera down our main line and showed us the roots on a tablet. Price was written down before they started and it didn't change.
